Junior School Agion Trimithias

Welcome to the International Work area for Junior School Agion Trimithias. Here you can find general information from our school.

Our school is the junior school of the village Agioi trimithias, in the district of Nicosia, in Cyprus. It is a six grade school with one hundred eleven students, this year, from age six to twelve. Many of our students and teachers are refugees.

Our head teacher is Mr. Charalambos Louca and our deputy teacher is Mrs. Eleni Pavlou, who is responsible for the Comenius programme. At our school   work six more teachers, a music teacher, a special needs teacher and a speech therapy teacher.

Our school for the last couple of years was being renovated so this year we are very happy to have some extra classrooms. Apart from the six teaching classrooms, we have extra classrooms for art, music, computers, science and a big hall for gymnastics, when the weather is not good. We are also very proud of our leisure classroom where students can play table top games.
